Service Rates for Residential and Business Customers
We try to make it as simple as we can when it comes to our rates and how we charge for our services. We noticed that a lot of companies out there try to confuse people with what they charge or with hidden fees. New England PC and Web wanted to stay clear of that. We also believe in fair rates for our customers. Our ultimate goal is to provide you with the best technical support possible and the best customer service experience you will ever have. On-site, in-house service for residential customers. We also offer FREE pick-up/drop-off within 15 miles of our office.
$55.00 an hour
There is a one-hour minimum on all calls outside of our facility.
Onsite and remote service for business customers
$75.00 an hour during business hours
$95.00 an hour during off business hours, weekends and holidays.
Business hours: Monday - Friday 7:00am - 6:00pm

We also offer bulk hours at a discount when you sign an annual or quarterly service contract. Please give us a call for more details.
All web design and development customers
$65.00 an hour
There is a 2-hour minimum to mock up a site. This is applied to your final site cost if you decided to use us. Once you see our work, you won't be disappointed!
Non-Profit and Government organizations
