Service Rates for Residential and Business Customers

We try to make it as simple as we can when it comes to our rates and how we charge for our services. We noticed that a lot of companies out there try to confuse people with what they charge or with hidden fees. New England PC and Web wanted to stay clear of that. We also believe in fair rates for our customers. Our ultimate goal is to provide you with the best technical support possible and the best customer service experience you will ever have. In-house Residential and Business Customers:

$65.00 an hour

Onsite Residential and Business Customers:

$85.00 an hour during business hours
**Travel Fees may apply for serive calls beyond 10 miles**

There is a one-hour minimum on all calls outside of our facility.

Additional Rates:

$125.00 an hour during off business hours, weekends and holidays.

We also offer bulk hours at a discount when you sign an annual or quarterly service contract. Please give us a call for more details.

All web design and development customers

Cost differs by project; call for a quote. Updates are billed at $85 an hour.

There is a 2-hour minimum for a site mock up. This is applied to the final site cost of the site if you decided to use us. Once you see our work, you won't be disappointed!

Non-Profit and Government organizations
